An old, derelict garage was transformed into a new, spacious building with two offices on the ground and first floors.
This was project managed throughout, from the production of architectural drawings, gaining planning permission to execution of site clearance and completion of the new build.
Changes to the internal specification by the clients, as the project evolved, were accommodated along the way without any problem.

This is an example of one of several projects carried out for Grovebridge Investments, a property development company. It was thought that the house had not been touched for about 50 years, so a full strip out was required before building work could commence.
Rob worked closely with kitchen design company, Kitchen Ergonomics http://www.kitchenergonomics.co.uk based in Stevenage to design and build a kitchen which met precisely the development brief.

The planning consent was granted on the condition that the structure of the building had to match the neighbouring barn building which was a Grade 1 listed building originally constructed in the 17th century.
This involved careful planning and sourcing of appropriate building materials and construction methods throughout the overall project.

Due to a leaking pipe in the roof over an extended period of time, extensive repair was required. This entailed stripping back all the plaster covering the walls, and preparing the interior for re-plastering of the show room and back office.
